We will offer three (3) levels of maintenance plans. Included in these plans are house inspection, which allow us to identify issues or areas that have the potential of becoming an issue. These will be reported back to homeowner and then we will provide a recommendation of the work to be done. Depending on the purchased plan, the rates for the proposed work will vary.

Silver Plan: Receive two (2) semiannual inspections; each visit will be one (1) hour long and priced at $49.99 an hour. If we find an issue and the homeowner agrees to any work needed, the rate would be the same $49.99 an hour plus material with a markup. This plan would always have a dispatch fee of $49.99.

Gold Plan: The monthly cost for this level is $7.99 and will give the customer two (2) semiannual inspections each one (1) hour long at no charge. If work is needed and the customer agrees, services would be discounted by 10% and the customer would not be billed for a service call fee.

Platinum Plan: The monthly cost for this level is $9.99 and will give the customer two (2) semiannual inspections each one (1) hour long at no charge. If work is needed and the customer agrees, services would be discounted by 15% and the customer would not be billed for a service call fee.

HVAC Maintenance Plan: $79.99

*Included in our plan:

• Changing the HVAC filter
• Blow out condensate line
• Sanitize
• Air freshener

*Within the plan we will inspect the following:

• Sump Pump
• Exterior Doors & Locks
• Garage Door
• Sliding/French Doors
• Weather stripping on doors and windows
• All exterior faucets (spigots)
• Light Bulbs
• Knobs and hinges
• Smoke Detectors
• Carbon Monoxide Detectors
• Dryer Vent
• Plumbing fixtures and hoses
• Visual Inspection of Roof
• Visual Inspection of Gutters
• Screens on windows
• Fence and gate
• Foundation
