We are capable of setting up and executing multiple project delivery systems customized to your level of services needed.  Our administrators, project managers, engineers, architects and on-site supervisors are at your command.  We also self-perform various divisions of work in order to provide a most cost and schedule effective solution to our customers.  

Project & Construction management services are offered for all aspects of projects whether it is one large project or several smaller as part of the whole.  Project management services include a scope of ‘Construction Management / Project Oversight’ from the below Schedule of Services, Field Inspections & Coordination, and office and field MEP Coordination, and all Project Management.

Pre construction Services, as well as design and planning services will be billed separately on an as needed basis.

We propose to perform services as a general contractor for work that is executed for a percentage of the project total cost, including the actual amount of add and deduct change orders.  

General conditions can have fixed or variable costs and include (but are not limited to) costs incurred at the jobsite for supervision and administration.  These actual costs would be the responsibility of the owner and payment would be arranged through us as the general contractor unless otherwise requested:

  • Jobsite trailer or offices;
  • Jobsite utilities;
  • Small tool charges;
  • Superintendent salaries/costs;
  • Safety costs;
  • Site administrative costs;
  • Project accounting;
  • Field computer and BIM (Building Information Modeling) services;
  • Dumpster;
  • Clean-up;

  • Photographs;
  • Site security personnel and cameras;
  • Webpage and web camera;
  • CPM scheduling;
  • Mobilization;
  • Street cleaning; and
  • Temporary toilet/water.
